Frequently Asked Questions


We sell Ink & Toner cartridges, Imaging (Drum) units, Printer Ribbon cartridges, uninterrupted power supply (UPS), data storage media and IT-related Peripherals including cyber security products like port blockers. If interested you can drop us an enquiry and will get back to you asap.




We will charge a delivery fee of $25 for orders below $500. Free delivery for orders $500 and above. 

If we have stock, we will get your items delivered within 3-4 days after placing order. It can take much longer if there is no stock.   

Ink & Toner

Warranty for ink and toner cartridges are covered by the respective brands. Please contact them if the purchased product is faulty. Details like contact information are provided under the description section of the listed product. 

All our ink and toner cartridges comes with a label/sticker to indicate that they are geniune. Some labels come with a QR code to tell it is an authentic product when scanned.

We have indicated the suitable printer models on the specification section of our listed ink and toners. For those not listed you can check from various sources like brand websites and printer brochures. Alternatively, you can send us an inquiry in the "Contact Us" page. 

Once the packaging is opened, there is no refund. Please check if the ink or toner is suitable for your printer model before purchasing. Also know what you are buying. Eg: Toner or Drum.

Yes we do sell ink and toner for all local printer models including ones not listed. Simply contact us if you need one. Alternatively you can contact us via Whatsapp where our sales rep will get back to you quickly during operating hours.
